Refund Eligibility
At FurryAmico, we want you and your pet to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:
- Items are defective, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery
- Returns are initiated within 30 days of purchase
- Products are in original packaging with all tags attached
- Perishable items (food, treats) must be unopened and undamaged
Non-Refundable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for:
- Opened or used pet food and treats
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Pet medications without original prescription
- Clearance or final sale items
Return Process
- Contact our customer service within 30 days to request a return authorization
- Pack items securely in original packaging with all accessories
- Include the original packing slip or order confirmation
- Ship the package to our return center (return shipping at customer's expense)
Once received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
Refund Methods
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note:
- Credit card refunds may take 3-5 business days to appear on your statement
- For PayPal payments, refunds are processed immediately
- Gift cards will be refunded as store credit
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage
- We will arrange for return shipping at our expense
- Choose between replacement (if available) or full refund
International Returns
For international orders:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees
- Refunds will exclude original shipping charges
- Processing may take additional time for international transactions
