Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

- Express Shipping: 1-3 business days
- Same-Day Delivery: Available in select metropolitan areas (order by 12PM local time)
Processing time for all orders is 1-2 business days. Delivery times begin after processing is complete.

- Selected shipping method
Free standard shipping is available for orders over $50 within the continental US.
International Shipping
We ship to most countries worldwide. Please note:
- International orders may be subject to customs fees and import taxes
- Delivery times vary by destination (typically 7-21 business days)
- Some product restrictions may apply based on destination country regulations
Order Tracking
All orders include tracking information which will be emailed to you once your order ships. You can also track your order through your FurryAmico account.
Shipping Restrictions
For the safety of your pets:
- Live animals cannot be shipped

Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive within the expected timeframe:
- Contact our customer service within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery date)
- Provide photos of any damaged items and packaging
- We will arrange for replacement or refund as appropriate
Holiday Shipping Schedule
During peak holiday seasons, processing and delivery times may be extended. We will post holiday shipping deadlines on our website and in checkout notifications.
